Set Our Hearts On Fire

“Shine Jesus Shine” was a popular worship song written and performed in the early 1990s by Graham Kendrick. Kendrick said, “This song is a prayer for revival. A song can give people words to voice something which is already in their hearts, but for which they don’t have the words or the tune to express, and I think ‘Shine Jesus Shine’ caught a moment when people were beginning to believe once again that an impact could be made on a whole nation.” But what does revival mean, and how should we prepare for it? What is it that brings true revival - the kind that can transform individuals and a nation? We'll tackle these questions together with a look at Joel, an Old Testament prophet, this Sunday at Mendham Hills.
